No audit guarantee

One-agency internal-use license
Purchase grants one purchasing agency a non-exclusive license to use the field guide, workbooks, checklists, worksheets, and templates internally. The purchasing agency may reproduce working copies for its own employees, officials, and contractors when needed for that agency’s CJIS readiness work. Redistribution to other agencies, resale, public posting, sublicensing, repackaging, or incorporation into a commercial product or multi-client consulting service is not permitted without written permission from Red Raven Press.
Digital product refund policy
Because the kit is delivered immediately as downloadable digital files, purchases are generally non-refundable once access to the files has been provided. If you experience a duplicate charge, cannot access the purchased files, or believe there has been a billing error, contact Red Raven Press using the contact information provided with your purchase and we will work to resolve the issue.
Payments and taxes
Checkout is processed through Square. The purchaser is responsible for providing accurate billing information. Applicable taxes are calculated and collected through the checkout process based on the settings and information available at the time of purchase.
Updates and future editions
Each commercial release identifies its edition and authoritative review date. The public Current Version page states whether Texas Edition 1.0 remains current and whether a newer edition or update is available. Purchase of one edition does not automatically include future paid editions unless Red Raven Press expressly states otherwise.

Current official sources remain authoritative.
