The Texas CJIS Technical Audit Readiness Kit and this site are independent educational and operational-preparation resources published by Red Raven Press. They are not official FBI or Texas DPS publications and do not replace current policy, auditor instructions, legal advice, or agency counsel.
No audit guarantee
No product can guarantee audit results. Requirements, facts, agency implementations, auditor findings, and policy versions differ. Users are responsible for verifying current authoritative requirements and determining how they apply to their environment.
One-agency internal-use license
The planned license permits the purchasing agency to share and use the purchased materials internally among its employees, officials, and personnel working on that agency's readiness effort. The materials may not be resold, posted publicly, distributed to other agencies, repackaged, or used as a multi-client consulting deliverable without separate permission.
Updates
Each commercial release will identify its edition and authoritative review date. The public Current Version page is intended to state whether an edition remains current and whether an update is available.
Finalization before launch
Add the selected refund policy, checkout provider terms, support email, governing-law language, and any desired limitation-of-liability provisions after the sales platform is chosen.
